Monteur Haaglanden installs network cabling in homes and small businesses. We look at the route, explain the options in English and make sure you know what the work involves before we start.
Cat6 and Cat6A cabling
We install network cables from your meter cupboard or network cabinet to the rooms where you need a connection. That can be one outlet in a home office or several connections throughout a property.
We use solid copper cable, not CCA. We can install RJ45 wall outlets, connect cables to a patch panel or switch, and label and test the finished connections. We can also examine an existing cable or conduit to see whether it can be reused.
A cable route that suits your property
A neat installation starts with a practical route. Depending on the building, a cable may run through an existing conduit, along skirting, through a crawlspace or above a ceiling. If a cable cannot be concealed, we discuss a tidy surface-mounted option with you.
We assess the situation before drilling or pulling cables. For example, we do not drill into floors with underfloor heating. If a proposed route is not possible, we explain the alternatives before any work begins.
